When starting pInstaller I'm getting an error message:

The installer was unable to load a settings file.

Make sure that you unzip the whole ZIP file.
There should be the following files in your directory:

• [docs]
• ADLconduit.dll
• aquapalm_en.prc
• CondMgr.dll
• pInstaller.exe
• plugin_dc_smart_en.prc
• plugin_dc_smart_set_en.prc
• settings.xml
• xerces-c_2_3_0.dll

You can install Aqua DiveLog (aquapalm_en.prc) and the Plugin (plugin_dc_smart_en.prc and plugin_dc_smart_set_en.prc) manually with your palmOne Quick Installer. However this will not install the Conduit and you will not be able to import your dives to SmartTrak.
